Last Updated: 6/22/2026
We recognize that you may be concerned about our use and disclosure of your personal information. Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy informs you about the categories of personal information that A2 Holdco LLC (Association Analytics) collects from you or about you, the business and commercial purposes for which we may use it, the legal bases we rely on where required by law, the circumstances in which we disclose it, and the rights you have regarding your personal data, subject to applicable legal limitations and operational verification requirements. Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your information.
Information Collection
We collect the information reasonably necessary or appropriate for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including technical information such as domain name, IP address, device identifiers, usage data, and similar online identifiers where needed to operate, secure, analyze, personalize, market, and improve our website, services, and business operations, subject to applicable law. Because IP addresses and similar online identifiers may be personal information or personal data under applicable law, we treat them as such when required and process them only for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. We may also collect browser type, operating system, referral source, device information, and pages accessed, but only to the extent reasonably necessary for website functionality, security, analytics, troubleshooting, and lawful marketing controls, and subject to consent where required for non-essential cookies or tracking technologies.
Additionally, if you communicate with us regarding our website, our services, events, sales activities, customer relationships, or other business matters, we will collect the information that you choose to provide or that is provided to us by your organization or other lawful sources and that is reasonably necessary or appropriate to respond to, administer, document, evaluate, market, or fulfill your request or our business relationship, in each case subject to applicable law, and we ask that you not provide special-category, sensitive, health, financial-account, or children's information unless we specifically request it and provide any required notice, consent mechanism, or contract terms.
We may contact you by email, telephone, text message, postal mail, or other lawful channels to tell you about specials, new products or services, events, research, content, or other commercial opportunities where permitted by applicable law, based on your consent or another valid legal basis such as legitimate interests or an existing business relationship, and each marketing email will include an effective unsubscribe mechanism where required; we may also send transactional, service, security, legal, administrative, and other non-marketing notices about material changes to this Privacy Policy or our services where legally permitted.
Information Use
We use collected information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, as otherwise disclosed at collection, as reasonably compatible with those purposes, and as permitted by applicable law, including providing, maintaining, securing, evaluating, personalizing, developing, and improving our services and associationanalytics.com, fulfilling requests for information, providing customer support, managing business relationships, performing analytics, training and improving internal tools, complying with legal obligations, enforcing agreements, protecting rights and safety, and conducting marketing and advertising where permitted by law and subject to applicable opt-out or consent rights.
Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), or another jurisdiction with similar privacy laws, A2 Holdco LLC (Association Analytics) acts as the controller for personal information collected through this website and may act as a processor, service provider, or contractor when processing personal information on behalf of a customer under a written agreement. Our legal basis for collecting and using your personal information depends on the type of data, the specific context in which we collect it, the purpose of processing, and whether we act as a controller or as a processor acting on documented instructions from a customer.
We will collect and process personal information only where at least one of the following legal bases applies and only to the extent necessary and proportionate for the stated purpose:
- Performance of a Contract: Processing is necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, such as providing requested services, administering an account, or processing billing.
- Legitimate Interests: The processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests, and we rely on this basis only after assessing that those interests are not overridden by your data protection rights, interests, and fundamental freedoms. Our legitimate interests include operating, securing, analyzing, personalizing, developing, and improving our website, services, and business operations, preventing fraud and misuse, responding to business inquiries, managing customer, prospect, vendor, and partner relationships, conducting business-to-business marketing and limited interest-based advertising where permitted by law, enforcing agreements, protecting legal rights, and generating deidentified, aggregated, or statistical information, in each case subject to applicable opt-out rights and required balancing assessments as well as legal requirements.
- Consent: Where consent is required by applicable law, we have obtained your prior, explicit, informed, freely given, specific, and unambiguous affirmative consent to process your information for a specific purpose, including for non-essential tracking cookies in jurisdictions requiring opt-in consent, certain promotional communications, and any special-category personal data where applicable; where consent is not required, we may rely on contract necessity, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or another lawful basis available under applicable law. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time through the same or an equally easy method, and withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
- Legal Obligation: Processing is necessary for us to comply with a legal obligation, including tax, accounting, corporate, regulatory, litigation-hold, sanctions-screening, security, or data-breach notification obligations.
Data Retention
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary or reasonably appropriate to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and processed, including satisfying legal, regulatory, accounting, reporting, security, audit, backup, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, enforcement, and contractual requirements; unless a longer period is required or permitted by law, website analytics data is retained for up to 26 months in identifiable form, marketing-contact data is retained until you opt out or for up to 5 years after our last meaningful interaction, customer-support and business records are retained for up to 7 years, security logs are retained for up to 24 months, and deidentified, aggregated, or anonymized information may be retained indefinitely where permitted by law.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
When we no longer have a legitimate business need or other lawful basis to process your personal information in identifiable form, we will either securely delete, deidentify, aggregate, or anonymize it, subject to legal, security, backup, archival, dispute-resolution, and contractual retention requirements. If this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, taking into account the nature of the information, processing risks, and applicable legal requirements; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
If we collect sensitive information (e.g., credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g., billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our site. A cookie is a small piece of data stored on a site visitor's device to help us improve your access, identify repeat visitors, and enhance your overall experience.
- Essential Cookies: Some cookies are strictly necessary for our website to function properly and securely. These do not require your prior consent and may be used to provide, secure, authenticate, load-balance, remember privacy preferences, prevent fraud, and measure service availability where permitted by law.
- Non-Essential Cookies: We also use analytics, performance, and targeting cookies to track user interests and improve our marketing efforts. If you are located in a jurisdiction that requires consent for these technologies (such as the EEA or the UK), we will only deploy these non-essential cookies if you explicitly opt in via our website's cookie consent banner; in other jurisdictions, we may deploy these technologies subject to applicable notice, opt-out, browser, device, platform, global privacy control, or other legally required choice mechanisms.

Right to Know About Personal Information Collected, Disclosed, Sold, or Shared
In California, consumers have the right to request that the business disclose what personal information it collects, uses, discloses, sells, and shares for cross-context behavioral advertising, subject to applicable exceptions and verification requirements. A business that collects a consumer's personal information shall inform consumers as to the categories of personal information to be collected and the purposes for which the categories of personal information shall be used. A consumer shall have the right to request that a business delete any personal information about the consumer which the business has collected from the consumer. A consumer shall have the right to request that a business that collects personal information about the consumer disclose to the consumer the following:
- The categories of personal information it has collected about that consumer.
- The categories of sources from which the personal information is collected.
- The business or commercial purpose for collecting, using, disclosing, selling, or sharing personal information.
- The categories of third parties with whom the business shares personal information.
- The specific pieces of personal information it has collected about that consumer.
A consumer shall have the right to request that a business that sells the consumer's personal information, or that discloses it for a business purpose, disclose to that consumer:
- The categories of personal information that the business collected about the consumer.
- The categories of personal information that the business sold about the consumer and the categories of third parties to whom the personal information was sold, by category or categories of personal information for each category of third parties to whom the personal information was sold.
- The categories of personal information that the business disclosed about the consumer for a business purpose.
A consumer shall have the right, at any time, to direct a business that sells or shares personal information about the consumer not to sell or share the consumer's personal information, and to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information where required by the CCPA/CPRA and applicable to A2 Holdco LLC (Association Analytics)' practices. This right may be referred to as the right to opt-out.
A business shall not discriminate or retaliate against a consumer because the consumer exercised any of the consumer's rights under this title, but may offer a different price, rate, level, or quality of goods or services where permitted by law and reasonably related to the value provided by the consumer's data.
A consumer can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on the consumer's behalf.
Instructions for Submitting a Verifiable Consumer Request
You can submit a request per the rights outlined below via telephone or mail, and where legally required we will provide additional request methods, links, or preference tools, including any required "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" or "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" mechanism if applicable to our practices.
The verifiable consumer request must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we've collected personal information, or is a person authorized by the consumer to act on such consumer's behalf.
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond appropriately.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. A2 Holdco LLC (Association Analytics) will only require you to provide basic information that would most likely have been disclosed in the original data collection process, and we will verify that this information matches what we have on record. We will then send a 6-digit numeric code either via text message or email based on the information provided in your request, and which must be relayed back to A2 Holdco LLC (Association Analytics) to complete the authentication of identity. Once verified, we will investigate and provide an individualized response to you and will not merely refer to our general practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.
We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request. We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing, and we may extend the response period by up to 45 additional days or another period permitted by applicable law.
We may deny your access request to know personal information if:
- We cannot verify your identity. If the request is to know specific pieces of personal information, we may evaluate the request as if seeking the disclosure of categories only.
- The request to know specific pieces of personal information creates a substantial, articulable, and unreasonable risk to the security of the personal information, your account with the business, or the security of the business's systems or networks.
- We receive a request from you more than twice in a twelve-month period.
We may deny your deletion request if retaining the personal information is necessary for us or our service provider(s) to:
- Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you.
- Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.
- Debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
- Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his or her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law.
- Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the businesses' deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, if you have provided informed consent.
- Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.
- Comply with a legal obligation.
- Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.
Any disclosures we provide will cover the period required by applicable law, which for California residents may include personal information collected on or after January 1, 2022, unless doing so proves impossible or would involve disproportionate effort, or unless a shorter period is permitted by law. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
